What is a "special order" item?
Special order items are items that we do not stock in our warehouse, but are available for purchase upon special request. Special order items can only be ordered by phone and paid for in advance. They are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Can I return my order after receiving it?
Special order items are only returnable if they were damaged in transit to you. The shipping carrier must confirm all damage. Please call us before attempting to return the item.

How long will it take to get my order?
Delivery time varies depending on the vendor and the product. Please consult a sales representative for more information.

Do I get support for the item?
Our Sales and Tech Support people may not be familiar with the product since we do not stock it, but we will do our best to share any knowledge we have about the product.
